order to reserve an accommodation, payment for at least one night's rent
is required in advance. We highly recommend that you phone in or
provide payment in person for your reservation. Our toll free number

Cancellations:
Our
refund policy for cancellations is as follows:

Refund with
no less than 7 days notice is 100%.

Refund with
no less than 4 days notice is 50%.

No refunds
for cancellations made with less than 4 days notice.

A full refund
will be given if your cancellation is rented in the same time period.

All refunds
are subject to a $15.00 service charge fee.
